Engr. Siyar Ahmad is a highly accomplished Civil Engineer with more than 15 years of dedicated field experience in land topographic surveys, infrastructure supervision, and quantity estimation across major development projects in Pakistan and worldwide. He currently serves as Senior Member and Survey Team Lead at Mingate HCC, where he oversees technical survey operations, supervises infrastructure progress, and ensures precision in civil engineering execution. His strong command over total station, DGPS, RTK systems, drone-based aerial mapping, and traditional leveling instruments makes him a vital expert for any scale of development. He has contributed to numerous roadway, canal, irrigation, dam, and hydropower station projects, providing foundational data and engineering guidance that drive planning and execution excellence.
